Column Count. Color a realistic Parthenon page, then count and label the visible columns. Compare the number of columns shown from the front and side.
Acropolis Landscape. Use a hilltop page and add paths, rocks, and distant Athens around the temple. Label the temple and the Acropolis hill.
Temple Color Study. Print two copies of the same Parthenon drawing. Color one as pale weathered stone and the other with the reds, blues, and golds associated with ancient Greek architectural decoration.
Symmetry Check. Fold a centered temple page lightly down the middle. Compare the columns, roof slopes, and steps on both sides of the fold.
